The ZA series chemical process pump fully complies with the API610 (American Petroleum Institute Centrifugal Pump Specification) standard, with high efficiency and good anti cavitation performance. After adding an inducer, the NPSHr can be reduced by 1 meter compared to similar pumps, which can meet the requirements of industrial processes, chemical industry, petrochemicals, hydrocarbon processing, various water treatment and pressurization processes. It has good reliability, availability and ease of maintenance. The ZA series pump body is foot supported and can withstand external loads directly transmitted to the foundation. The bearing lubrication method is thin oil lubrication, controlled by a constant position oil cup, which fully ensures that the bearing works in a good lubrication state and has a good service life. The impeller is designed in a closed manner, and thrust balance and dynamic balance are carried out according to the requirements of small thrust balance load. The axial force is balanced by the balance hole, and the residual axial force is balanced by the centripetal thrust ball bearing. According to the usage of the medium, various flushing and cooling methods of PLAN mechanical seals are adopted to effectively prevent damage to the sealing surface caused by the vaporization of the medium near the critical vaporization temperature in the sealing chamber. The bearings are selected as radial thrust ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and angular contact ball bearings, respectively equipped with light and heavy shafts to meet the needs of different loads. More than 60 models of ZA series pumps only require 8 types of bearing frames, with strong universality, high standardization, compact and reasonable structure, and good appearance quality. The coupling is a detachable diaphragm belt forged flexible coupling, which does not require disassembly of pipelines and motors during maintenance. The bearing frame, shaft, sealing box, impeller components, etc. can be freely disassembled. The material of the pump's overcurrent section includes various materials such as 304, 304L, 316L, CD4MCu, 904L, Hastelloy, titanium alloy, etc. The shaft is made of materials such as 3Cr13, 40Cr, 24CrMoV, etc. It has strong rigidity and is processed after solution treatment, with good high and low temperature resistance. The inlet flange of the pump is horizontally sucked in, and the outlet flange is vertically upward. From the motor end, the pump shaft rotates clockwise.
